Aaron Martinez (BJJ Black Belt)
Aaron is the owner, founder and professor of Pinnacle University BJJ, LLC. He is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Black Belt under Fourth degree Black Belt, Professor Jason Keaton.

His linage goes back to the founder of BJJ, Master Carlos Gracie then to his son Carlson Gracie Sr., and taught to Master Renato Tavares and then onto Aarons teacher Professor Jason Keaton.

His linage is rich in teachings and amongst the best around the world.
Aaron is well trained and certified as an Army Combatives Master Trainer (Level 4), Mixed Martial Artist, S.P.E.A.R. Instructor, Scenario Trainer, and a retired Army combat veteran.

Professor Martinez loves his family and stays in line with his goals and purpose. When he isn’t coaching or training he works as a graphic designer, videographer, Rapid Resolution Practitioner and is president of the Veteran non-profit organization Struggle Beyond the Decade.

Their mission is dedicated to improving veteran lifestyle, wellness, holistic healing, on for life programs, and combating veteran suicide crisis across the country.

Currently Aaron and his coaches are working together to follow the old philosophies of their teachers passed and staying current in highly competitive Jiu Jitsu.

Tanner Flesher (BJJ Purple Belt)
Coach Tanner is a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Professor Aaron Martinez (Pinnacle Jiu Jitsu).
Tanner has been involved in grappling his entire life and has been particularly been studying BJJ under the direction and study of Professor Aaron for the past 5 years. He has competed in several BJJ competitions and is currently training for the next level of competition. He is working hard for his brown belt, enjoys teaching and working with his students. Tanner is also a Sergeant in the Iowa Army National Gurd. He is currently serving as a combat engineer out of Davenport with Brovo Company, 224th BEB.
